Frequently Asked Questions
When does late fall registration close?
Fall registration closes on September 1st, 2026. However, at this point we already have a set number of teams and only a few spots available to add to these teams. Once these teams fill up we will close registration for that division.
Since I registered late how will I receive my raffle tickets?
If you missed the raffle ticket pickup we will be dropping your tickets off at the next available game. You will need to sign for the tickets when receiving them.
When will my child receive their jersey?
We will be closing late registration on September 1st. We will order the jerseys the day after. Production time is around two weeks. When your jersey is ready will give it to your coach.
Where is the information on practice/game time and Day of the week?
After registration closes it takes around a week to build all our teams. As soon as teams are built and they are confirmed with a Coach we will send out invitations to the GameChanger app. When you receive this email invite to Gamechanger please follow the directions carefully and it will direct you to a team page on the app that has all of your teams information.
Your Coach and Commissioner will add games and practices on this Gamechanger app as soon as they have the schedule.
How do I add another parent to my child's profile?
To add an additional user to an account, you would want to go to the actual Participants account (So the child/player). From their account you should see the +Add button on the top right (See screenshot). That will allow you to add/invite additional users to be linked to that account by putting in their email.
What does the fundraising go to?
We are always improving our baseball fields and adding new equipment to each team. We have recently resurfaced 5 of our area's baseball infields. We have broad plans to resurface the remaining fields, as well as, add new fields and lights. These projects will cost hundreds of thousands and will required every effort of our fundraising team.
Can I request a specific coach or player on my child's team?
We welcome all requests. We understand that some families may have an exceptional case and we will do our best to try to accommodate them. However, we do have a method to make a sure all players are placed on the correct team for them and that all teams have balanced talent within their division.
When do practices and games start in the fall?
We will plan on starting practices the second week of August. We anticipate some families might be on vacation and it might vary depending on each coaches availability. Our games will Start on Saturday the 22nd or the following week depending on weather and the amount of teams per division. We will have an accurate schedule posted by the second week of August.
Can my child play up or down to the next closest division?
We would prefer that all players play with their own age/grade level to best prepare them for 8th grade and freshmen year in high school.
If a transfer seems necessary, we suggest parents reach out to their divisional commissioner to place a request. In our process, we require both commissioners (the commissioner at their current level and the commissioner at the level in which they want to transfer), the Head of Commissioners, the League President, the child's parents and the child to all be part of the decision.
How our teams created?
During our fall season we are limited on time to reevaluate our players. For Farm and older divisions we will allow coaches to use spring season evaluations and All-Star information to conduct a draft. Some commissioners might host a scrimmage to further evaluate all players in a division if time allows.
All younger teams are created at best by area of residence and current availability.
